Beneficiary Criteria:

Landless and poor farmers of the village with no out side source of income.

Selection:

SELECTION BY CONSENSUS. Selection of beneficiaries is carried out in a meeting attended by as many residents of the village as possible. Tea and snacks are arranged. As opener, informal conversation about the village in general takes place. Intend of the meeting is explained and who qualify for the benefits is selected by consensus.
